Life Extension's Esophageal Guardian is a dietary supplement designed to support gastro-esophageal health by protecting the delicate lining of the esophagus from stomach acids. The formula for Esophageal Guardian features a combination of ingredients that creates a temporary protective foam barrier between the stomach and the esophagus. These include calcium, magnesium, potassium, alginic acid and ellagic acid, delivered via a strawberry-flavored tablet. Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 80 mg

Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) 40 mg

Potassium (as potassium bicarbonate) 40 mg

Alginic acid 1000 mg

Strawberry extract (fruit) 416 mg

Ellagic acid [from pomegranate extract (hull) and strawberry extract (fruit)] 35 mg

Other ingredients:

xylitol, mannitol, stearic acid, citric acid, natural berry flavors, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, stevia extract, modified corn starch

DIRECTIONS: After the heaviest meal of the day, chew two (2) tablets followed by 4 to 8 oz. of water, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Do not swallow tablets whole.
