This product is a blend of vitamins and minerals specially formulated to meet the specific health needs of women. It also contains nutrients known for their anti-aging properties including DHEA, resveratrol, the red carotenoid lycopene, iron and concentrated cranberry extract. The folate ingredient in this formula is 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate a more absorbable form of folate than folic acid.
