These wafers can also be given to supplement vitamin B-6 and magnesium when other lower potency products are used for general supplementation such as Kirkmans Childrens Chewable Multi-vitamins or Spectrum Complete.* The ratio of vitamin B-6 to magnesium is in just the right proportion to comply with typical physician recommendations for higher strength vitamin B-6/magnesium supplements.
