"I’m using this as part of my treatment plan to balance my hormones. In the past, I have not done well with progesterone (not even bioidentical compounded). I started taking this supplement as an alternative per my Dr. Recommendation. So far, I have not had any of the bad side effects I’d experienced with progesterone. But this is also a long acting herb, so it may take some time for me to see the full effect. I will say, however, that my last cycle was not as painful as it was. As for the brand, this is one of my personal favorites. I trust it and I can tell that the quality is better. As per usual, blue sky vitamins is one of my go-to sites to shop for my supplements. They are always phenomenal."
