  • Calms HT fire and ST fire: HT fire and ST fire refer to imbalances in the heart and stomach meridians. Oregon grape is believed to help to calm these imbalances, which may help to improve mood, sleep, and digestion.
  • Tonics Yin: Yin is a term used in TCM to refer to the body's fluids and energy. Oregon grape is believed to help to tonify Yin, which may help to improve overall health and vitality.
