Gaia Herbs Pro's Fenugreek is an herbal dietary supplement designed to promote healthy lactation for nursing mothers. The key ingredient in Fenugreek is an herb native to the Mediterranean area known as fenugreek. It contains a spectrum of nutrients including B-vitamins, Vitamin C, potassium, protein and beta carotene, all of which work in concert to support the optimal production of breast milk in nursing mothers. Other beneficial ingredients include alkaloids, l-tryptophan and diosgenin, a compound similar to estrogen.
