"Most drink mixes contain wheat grass and barely grass which gave me leaky gut. In order to get my greens and fruits in, this works perfect. There are a lot of fruits I cannot also have because of allergies. I mix it with the opti cleanse plus mix. That is my breakfast. since I mix it into something, I do not taste it. It doesn,t change my other drink mix."

"I have had most of the flavors thanks to the samples sent by Blue Sky. My favorites are the espresso and chocolate (go figure). I am currently doing the chocolate monk fruit and like it fine! I love getting my nutrients in especially when I am on the go. Easy to mix in a jar or in my Hamilton Beach shake mixer."
