Thorne's Pro-Resolving Mediators supplement provides precursors for the body's production of pro-resolving mediators (PRMs). These precursors, 17-HDHA and 14-HDHA from DHA, and 18-HEPE from EPA, along with EPA and DHA themselves, are included to support a balanced inflammatory response. This response is a part of the body's process of returning to homeostasis after an injury. PRMs, including resolvins and protectins, are involved in this process. This formulation aims to support healthy brain structure and cognitive function. It also focuses on maintaining a balanced immune/inflammatory response throughout the body. The product is designed to provide support for tissue injury discomfort, promote the clearance of cellular debris, and support exercise recovery.
