Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop (11.12 g) in 10-12 ounces of water once daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Increasing your daily water intake while using this product is recommended.
