"This was prescribed to me in conjunction with a FOTMAP diet and it helped to speed up my healing and ability to absorb nutrients from food again. It is easiest to mix by putting the powder into a dry glass and then adding the water while stirring. Otherwise, it tends to clump. My one complaint is that the spoon is too large to fit in the jar until the jar is nearly empty. This is only because the handle is too long. It would be easy to resize the spoon to fit in the jar from day one."
