Cooler Pack, Not so Cool

"I spent extra on the cooler pack hoping that it would help the probiotics arrive cooler. I received it 3 days later and it was warm inside. Super sad for that. Maybe dry ice would be a great addition? So happy to be able to get the probiotics for my kids, but I‚Äôm afraid they didn‚Äôt arrive with as much potency as they should‚Äôve."

"It's the summer here and this did not keep the probiotic as cold as I would've expected it to, but the product would've been damaged without it so I would recommend anyone in warm climates/in the summer add this box to your order."
