Methyl Complete by NutriDyn is a comprehensive methylation support formula providing L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) — the biologically active form of folate — along with methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), and betaine HCl.
