Other ingredients: butternut bark, fennel seed, ginger root, red raspberry leaves and peppermint leaves in preservative free capsules.
Indications: For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

Directions: Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take 2 capsules at bedtime with a full 8 oz glass of liquid. Children 8 to under 15 years of age: Take 1 capsule at bedtime with a full 8 oz glass of liquid. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age.
