Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $25.00 and a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00 on all orders under $25.00. We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping at the current rates. Most orders placed before 3pm Central Standard Time ship that day. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped promptly the next business day. Currently, Blue Sky Vitamin uses UPS and USPS for all shipments. We try hard to keep as many products in stock as possible, but in the rare case a product is back ordered, we will contact you ASAP (most times the same business day).
Privacy & Security
Rest assured that Blue Sky Vitamin takes the privacy and security of customer information very seriously. We do not sell, trade, or give out any customer information to third parties except that which needs to be sent to our merchant credit card processing company (Authorize.net). That information is only sent to them by the highest level of security on the web today.
Returns & Replacements
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with our service or would like to return any unopened product(s) for any reason within 30 days of receipt, we will take back the product(s) no questions asked. If you would like to return any products that have already been opened, please contact us here or call 1-800-743-1406.
We work extremely hard to ensure that every order is filled as accurately as possible, but in the case that you received a product(s) in error, we will correct the error as quickly as possible at absolutely no cost to you. Once a return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to the payment method that you placed the order with. Returns are processed 2-3 days after receipt of return. You will receive an email after we have processed your return, but please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Your credit or debit card is not charged until your order ships. In case there is a partial back order, your credit card is charged the full amount of the order and we ship the back ordered items when they arrive. Currently, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal. We currently have some of the most competitive pricing on the market today for the products that we sell, but if you see it for a lower price on a competing website, we will match that price no questions asked. If you created an account when you placed an order, you can simply go to the Log In page (click here) and that will automatically direct you to your dashboard. From there you can access all of your orders by clicking on My Orders in the left hand navigation. You can also take advantage of some of the great features like easily reordering a previously ordered product and creating a custom wish list for easy reordering of your favorite products. If you didn't create an account and checked out as a guest when you placed your order, you will have to contact customer service (click here) for order information.
Updating Account Information
Updating account information is easy. Just Click Here and log into your dashboard. From there, you can update all of your information. You can also check order status, reorder previous orders, and create custom wish lists for easy reordering of all of your favorite products. If you placed an order as a guest and did not create an account, you can simply contact our customer support department and they will be glad to change any account information for you.
