Arnicare Arnica Cream 2.6 oz by Boiron provides a fast pain relief when applied topically. It is commonly used on the neck, back and legs. This can be applied to stiff muscles resulting from tension in order to get relief. It can also be used to reduce swelling associated with injuries or bruising on the body.

Directions: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Cream to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.

Active Ingredients: 
Arnica montana 1X HPUS 7% - Trauma, bruises, stiffness, muscle soreness 
Inactive Ingredients:
Purified water, pegoxol-7 stearate, lauroyl macrogolglycerides, glycerin, cetyl palmitate, sorbic acid, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, methylparaben, propylparaben.

Warnings:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and with open wounds. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a Poison Control Center right away.
