Since soluble fiber dissolves in water, it attracts water and forms a gel that slows down digestion. Soluble fiber delays the emptying process of the stomach which may make an individual feel full.

Ther-Biotic BiotaGen may also help balance blood sugar levels by slowing stomach emptying process, which in turn may have beneficial effects on insulin sensitivity. Ther-Biotic BiotaGen may be helpful for some individuals in controlling diabetes.
